Last steps before you go home

Survey

At the end of the exchange period, all students must answer 2 surveys: “Encuesta de Experiencia del Intercambio” and “Encuesta Docente” (courses and teachers evaluations). It is mandatory to answer these surveys in order for us to send your Transcript of Records.

End of stay certificates

If you need to have any document signed to end your exchange- such as an attendance certificate- we ask you to come to the office during the last week of your exchange. We won’t send this type of documents after you have left.

Transcript of Records

Once the students send their surveys, their Transcript of Records will be sent to their home universities. The Transcript is available approximately one month after the semester ends at UDD.

More information about these processes will be sent out via email at the end of your exchange.
